Shops, workshops, restaurants, transport companies: all across San Andreas, businesses are looking to expand, modernize their equipment or hire. To support this momentum, the Internal Revenue Service has decided to temporarily suspend corporate tax.

What changes. No corporate tax will be collected for the week of Monday, October 26 to Sunday, November 1, nor for the week of Monday, November 2 to Sunday, November 8, 2026. The profit made during these fourteen days stays entirely with the businesses.

A boost for growth. The aim is simple: this money should go into investment rather than payments. An extra delivery vehicle, larger stock ahead of a busy period, a new employee, a renovated shop… The cash freed up can fund these projects right away, and every business that grows adds to the vitality of the State’s economy.

Nothing to do. Filing tax returns is suspended on the site for these two weeks. There is nothing to file or pay for them, and no business can be considered late.

What still applies. Accounts must still be kept accurately and closed every Sunday (art. 4-1.1 and 4-1.4 of the Business Code): they will be the basis for the next returns and may be reviewed during an audit. Sums owed for earlier weeks, fines and current payment plans are not affected by this measure.

What next? The date on which tax collection resumes will be announced here. Until then, IRS agents can answer your questions at the Los Santos offices and at the Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay service points.
